A lot of people might not like the Yeezy 500, but I’m a fan! These Adidas Yeezy 500 Blush are the first colorway to release in the model and arguably one of the better colorways overall.
The shoes get their name from the colorway.
These are kind of a weird tone, like a greyish beige. You can see a slight blue tint to some of the seams and accents, but overall you want something similar to what you would wear with an offwhite pair of kicks.
So, greys, blacks and/or whites can be combined into a decent outfit with these. I suppose light wash or even grey denim could work well with this shoe, as well as joggers.
How Are The Materials?
The materials are pretty much the same as other Yeezy 500s. There are differently textured suedes, leathers and meshes all over the shoe, accented by 3M piping! Overall I would say the materials are very nice and definitely exude a premium vibe.
How Do They Fit?
The Adidas Yeezy 500 Blush fit true to your Adidas size. I went a half size up due to the size 10 being way cheaper on the aftermarket than the 9.5. I still find them comfortable that way, they don’t feel overly big at all. While these don’t use boost, they are still nice and cozy on foot.
Once I got over the whole “Yeezys are too expensive” mindset, I was able to expand my collection a bit. After some sneaker sales, it is great I’m able to plunk down the cash to get the OG colorway of this model. If you can’t tell, I’m a big fan of them. At this point I have every 500!
